Punk-rock band Authority Zero, hailing from Mesa, Ariz., will be performing at Liquid Sol Music Festival on March 15! The band consists of lead singer, Jason DeVore, who has been a core member of the group since the bands inception in 1994, guitarist Brandon Landelius, bass guitarist Mike Spero and legendary punk rock drummer Sean Sellers.
The band released their iconic debut album, “A Passage of Time” in 2002 from their first record label Lava Records. Their second studio album, “Andiamo,” in 2004 was their most culturally diverse record by taking ska and reggae influences and pairing it with Latin-flavored rhythms. The record placed the band on Billboard’s Top 25 Heatseekers Album chart for three consecutive weeks. Over the past two years, the band has performed internationally with shows in Japan followed by performances at Belgium’s legendary Groezrock, Spain’s Resurrection Fest and UK’s Rebellion Fest.
Authority Zero will begin their co-headlining tour with Guttermouth January 31 in support of their recently released record, “The Tipping Point,” which reached No. 15 on Billboard’s Heatseekers Album chart. The band’s fifth studio album features high-energy, reggae-infused punk rock anthems and radio-ready singles including the title track “The Tipping Point,” “No Other Place” and “21st Century Breakout.”
Previously announced bands include: All-American Rejects, Blind Melon, BoDeans, Buckcherry, Cracker, Ed Kowalczyk, Everclear, Fuel, Gin Blossoms, The White Buffalo, Tonic and Vertical Horizon.
