Nickname: Maxwell
Major: Management/Sports and Media Studies/Marketing
Department: Business Development
One day I’d really like to: Run an NFL football team.
I’m totally addicted to: Playing sports of any kind.
My go to guilty pleasure song/artist is: Billy Currington/Darius Rucker. I love me some country.
One thing that always cheers me up is: Hiking. It is a great way to clear my head.
You’ll never see me: In Tucson for longer than I have to be.
The best advice I’ve ever gotten is: Work hard even when no one is watching. It makes all the difference when it comes to the point when everyone is watching.
If I could buy one thing right now it would be: I’d honestly be very happy with a Chipotle burrito. Half chicken half steak. I’ll be expecting one by the time this hits our website.
I couldn’t live without: My mom. In addition to still scheduling doctors appointments for me and reminding me about my relatives’ birthdays, she is my biggest fan in life. I am grateful for that.
If you pulled up next to me at a stoplight you’d see me belting out the lyrics to: Wagon Wheel.
I definitely don’t get enough: Sleep.
What I’m most proud of is: Less than a month away from fully recovering from shoulder surgery.
What is your favorite SLE event either one you’ve attended or one you’re looking forward to: The Ostrich Festival was an insanely cool event and one that I have never seen before. Not many people I know can say that they have seen a human riding an ostrich. I am also looking forward to the Lil’ Dicky concert in May.
