The G-house legend does it again…
Wax Motif brings the heat to your summer with a gnarly dual-track EP. The first song off of the extended play, “Tokyo,” houses a heavy bass-line with a catchy Asian bell twist. “Tokyo”‘s even bass-ier brother, “Make it Rain,” includes a dirty low-pitch vocal lead and wubby drop suggested not to those with a faint heart. The combination of the two is tied together flawlessly with a very fitting piece of album art. ‘Tokyo EP’ is a masterpiece to say the least and has proved to be a must-listen by its third day off of the presses.
You can catch these tracks as well as Wax Motif, himself, at Maya Day & Nightclub Friday, August 18th. The show is free with RSVP (believe it or not), so grab your free tickets here! For more information as well as contests and giveaways check out the event page here!
